AI CONSULTING & AUTONOMOUS AGENT IMPLEMENTATION

Autonomous AI Agents
for Business.

I help business owners and C-suite executives turn repeatable work into AI-powered workflows. I train and set up autonomous AI agents to plan, execute, verify, and deliver tasks from start to finish.

The goal is practical autonomy: less time directing every move, more time reviewing useful work.

FOR BUSINESS OWNERS & EXECUTIVE TEAMS

AI implementation consulting built around business priorities.

For CEOs, COOs, founders, and business owners, the starting point is a business problem: too much manual work, slow handoffs, fragmented systems, or valuable people spending time on repeatable tasks.

My focus is hands-on AI agent implementation and business process automation: define the workflow, connect the tools, configure the agents, and test the result. We can scope a focused pilot before expanding into additional operations.

WHAT I MEAN BY FULLY AUTONOMOUS

An agent that can carry the work forward.

Within a defined scope, an agent should be able to plan, use its tools, make routine decisions, recover from ordinary errors, and verify the finished result without needing a new prompt at every step.

Autonomy still has boundaries. Account access, spending limits, publishing rules, and the actions that require a person’s decision are part of the setup.

HOW I TRAIN THE AGENT

Custom AI agent setup and training.

For this work, “training” means configuring instructions, examples, reference material, tools, and feedback around the task. It does not necessarily mean retraining the underlying AI model.

THE START-TO-FINISH WORKFLOW

My autonomous AI agent implementation process.

  1. Define the finish line

Specify the deliverable, audience, source material, constraints, and evidence needed to call the task complete.

  2. Set up tools and access

Connect the files, browser, applications, or integrations the workflow needs. Define what the agent may read, change, and submit.

  3. Build a plan it can execute

Break the goal into steps, identify dependencies, and establish checkpoints. For larger jobs, divide responsibilities clearly between agents.

  4. Run, inspect, and recover

The agent works through the task, checks tool results, and adjusts when something fails. Save progress so a long task can continue without starting over.

  5. Verify against the goal

Check the actual deliverable: open the file, inspect the page, test the workflow, or compare the result with its source. A successful tool call alone is not proof the job is done.

  6. Deliver a useful handoff

Provide the finished work, where to find it, what was checked, and any remaining limits or decisions. Record improvements for the next run.

WHERE THIS CAN HELP

Build around the work you actually do.

WHAT A GOOD SETUP INCLUDES

A workflow you can understand and reuse.

  • A task brief and definition of done.
  • Reusable agent instructions and relevant reference material.
  • Tool connections with explicit action boundaries.
  • A way to track progress, recover from errors, and surface blockers.
  • Checks that demonstrate whether the outcome meets the brief.
  • A handoff explaining how to run, review, and improve the workflow.

Common questions

Will I still need to be involved?

You define the goal and review the outcome. The level of involvement during execution depends on the task, the reliability of the tools, and which decisions you reserve for yourself.

Can multiple agents work together?

Yes. Separate agents can handle distinct responsibilities when the work benefits from it. They need clear ownership, shared context where appropriate, and a final check that their outputs fit together.

What happens when an agent gets stuck?

The workflow should distinguish a recoverable error from a missing permission or decision. It can retry or change approach within its limits, then report a specific blocker when human input is needed.

How do we decide what to automate first?

Start with a repeatable task that has a clear input, a recognizable finished output, and a result you can verify. Test that workflow before expanding its scope.

LET’S BUILD YOUR WORKFLOW

Ready to invest in AI workflow automation?

This service is for business owners and leadership teams ready to invest in implementation. Bring a priority workflow, an internal decision-maker, and a target timeline. In your inquiry, include your current tools, the business outcome you want, and an indicative project budget so we can assess fit and scope.
