The problem
A useful renovation scope starts with complete, organized observations. Missing details and inconsistent descriptions make contractor bids harder to compare.
The workflow
The approach combines narrated property video, interior measurements from CubiCasa, exterior information from HOVER, and a structured rehab checklist. AI helps organize the material into a draft scope of work.
Where my work fits
I designed the business workflow, structured the inputs, directed document outputs, and tested whether the resulting scope matched the intended use. Human review remains part of the process before a scope is relied on for bidding or project decisions.
What matters in the output
The goal is a consistent description of the work: what is included, what remains uncertain, and what a contractor needs to evaluate. Better drafting begins with better inputs and explicit review criteria.
Current status
The workflow centers on a reviewable draft: organize the observations, flag gaps, and give the next person a clearer starting point. Private property records remain outside this public case study.
